Steven
Attema, founder of dR3 Films, grew up in the Netherlands and was
raised in Australia. He always imagined himself as a creator in
the entertainment industry. Steven launched his career by writing, directing,
and producing Spanish Harlem, his first feature film. It was well-recieved
and has been picked up for distribution. Under Steven's direction,
dR3 provides Multi Media Productions ranging from Features, TV Shows, Music Productions and Web Contents

With a diverse background in business, administration and film, Tatille Jackson: a New York native has helped with every facet of production as right-hand-man to Mr. Attema. Part of her integral contribution is the streamlining of administrative and personal tasks as well as the liaison between cast, crew and professional acquaintances. |

Understanding
the film industry from a legal perspective, Pablo San Peebles
brings a unique sensibility to dR3. He manages the budget for
all productions as well the day-to-day physical aspects of production.
He has extensive experience in hiring auxillary crew and valuable
relationships with New York vendors. Ultimately, he is the go-toperson.a

| Jerry
Cunningham's history and experience as a Sound Technician/DJ ultimately
led him to venture into the Film/Photography industry. Although
a relatively new filmmaker, his ever-growing list of credits, cover
a wide variety of areas in media such as TV, album covers, website
photography, documentaries, feature films and short films. This
experience, coupled with his unique abilities in sound design has
given him over 10 years of expertise in the sound design, film and
photography industries. Creatively, he is not afraid to go against
the norm. One of his favorite techniques is to use natural lightng
as well as large soft sources of light. This approach transforms
the ordinary to extraordinary! |

Editor |
| Known to some as “CK” and “E” to most. As a passionate lover of film and television, he has been on unique journey. At first, not quite knowing where he fit in or how he became a graphic design major in the University of Bridgeport, in Connecticut. Learning 3D modeling applications, illustrator and various graphic software, it was during his first video course that he found his true calling, as an editor. A graduate of the Made in NY PA training program, he has gotten his share of experience on films sets such as Will Smith's "I am Legend" and reality Tv shows such as "I want to be a soap star". Creative and technically knowledgeable Erick is apple certified and tested as a final cut pro editor. Having interned and worked at various venues such as, Soho editors a post-production agency, Leopard films for “Dear Genevieve” HGTV pilot series, Devour.tv, an online food channel. He has recently worked as associate editor of Director of "Training Day" and "King Arthur" Antoine Fuqua's film program for inner city youth. Erick is always growing and ever willing to learn new ways and techniques to be an exceptional asset of any production. |

| Aldo
Romero earned a BA studying painting and sculpture at Parsons School
of Design as well as studying film production at New York University.
He has worked as a special visual effects supervisor and model maker
on such feature projects as "HOTHEADS", "CUL DE SAC",
"RUN FOR COVER" and "SECOND SIGHT". He also
supervised digital effects on Features such as , “VODKA ROCKS”,
“THE FINAL EQUATION” and other short films including
"NO SUCH THING AS GRAVITY", "THANK YOU AND GOODNIGHT"
and "ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE BRONX. He is currently registered
as an assistant director with the Directors Guild of America. He
has received Director of Photography credits on key features! |
